I was very pleased to get an appointment between annual checkups and have my concerns about blurry vision addressed promptly. I've been going to this practice for many years, since we arrived in Canada. I think everything they do is professional and of high quality. It would be nice if they wore name badges, or there were clearer introductions, but I'm impressed with everything else.Ā

I had a terrific experience with Dr. Ng. He was very punctual, professional and succinct. I was in and out in thirty minutes with a complete and thorough eye exam completed. Would highly recommend! The only improvement I would make would be for the receptionists to read the attestation questions out to the patient in lieu of the photo QR code as mine froze and had to restart. Overall, excellent experience.Ā
