My experience with my eye exam and being measured for a new prescription was very competent and professional as usual and I feel confident that I will return for eye exams at your clinic for many years to come.
I came in without a scheduled appointment on a Sunday. This was not a problem even though it was fully booked. The team squizzed me in and I could see an eye doctor, select my frames.
The front desk staff were friendly and my regular eye check-up with Dr. Lam was pleasant— she was efficient and answered all my questions. I’d recommend this eye doctor to my friends and family.
They did their best to squeeze us in for eye test in a busy Saturday afternoon m.
My experience at the clinic is always a great one. The staff are very polite and informative. This is why I still take time to go to this office I love the way Dr. Kimberley Lee take time to chat with me and find out how I have been and what I am doing. She is very professional in the way she examines my eyes and then take time to explain her findings. Dr Jacky Ng was fantastic. Very thorough in exam and explanations, and gave what I felt were honest opinions about eye health. 10/10 overall. One small thing I was disappointed about was my husband’s eye exam. OHIP doesn’t include a picture of his retina but he wasn’t given the option of getting a retinal picture and paying out of pocket. Once I inquired, he did have it done at an additional fee. Due to a medical condition which can affect eye health, I’d have preferred to be told about the options and given the choice.
All the staff were very helpful and accommodating giving me a spot to see the doctor with very short notice. Dr E Ho was also very professional, and knowledgeable; answered my questions with kindness and patience.
Staff were very respectful and efficient, optometrist was very professional. Process was very smooth. All Covid 19 health guidelines: masks, physical distancing, sanitization were observed. Overall experience very good.
Not long wait. Very good and thorough exam by Optometrist.
