Fantastic…i will reserve my opinion for once the glasses are made (to see if prescription is ok) but everything was excellent. The customer service, the exam…all was outstanding. That is the reason why is my family coming back. The service did not change for twenty something years, they are still the best.

I was very pleased to get an appointment between annual checkups and have my concerns about blurry vision addressed promptly. I've been going to this practice for many years, since we arrived in Canada. I think everything they do is professional and of high quality. It would be nice if they wore name badges, or there were clearer introductions, but I'm impressed with everything else.

Professional friendly staff who are efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Denny Fong is an amazing optometrist and is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable and confident.
I had a great experience with my yearly eye exam. The doctor was extremely caring, informative and considerate to my needs. I will definitely come back again next year!
Great service and friendly staff. Also quite the educational experience learn a lot about my eyes since not gone to a check up in over 20 years. Would recommend to friends and family.
