Very friendly staff, prompt service, nice clinic. Great infection control procedures including all staff wearing masks and requesting patients wear masks. Saw Dr. Erica Ho - very friendly and knowledgable.

I was not sure what to expect having an eye exam during Covid-19: but everything very sanitary and safe. Testing equipment was wiped down before use, as well as the examination chair. Staff all wearing masks and clients advised to wear a mask or to purchase one on arrival at the office. Quick, thorough examination, with sharing of photo tests with me so I could see for myself how my eyes were. I have used this optometrist before and will continue to use them as service is friendly but professional.

I seen Dr Lee back last May who thought I might have glaucoma and referred me to see an ophthalmologist at Sunnybrook. Turned out she was right to be concerned. I recently went back to see her because the reading glasses I purchased kept giving me a headache after wearing them for an hour or so.
