I had a great experience yesterday at this office. I recommend this office without reservations. My optometrist is Dr. Kelly Lee. She is very professional, has a caring attitude, establishes a great doctor-patient rapport, and takes great care to give thorough explanations and recommendations.

Dr. Kimberly Lee was very thorough and professional, yet also very warm and approachable. I also appreciated that I was seen fairly promptly after my arrival for my appointment--I was in and out of there in about an hour. I have been going to this optometrist office at the Eaton Centre for over 25 years (Dr. Rick Chan was my previous optometrist but he retired a couple of years ago) and the service is always consistently courteous, pleasant, and meticulous.
