He is one of the best surgeons I have ever been seen by. His staff is wonderful too, especially his front desk and medical assistants. I can see why he is always so busy and so popular!
Dr. Talei is truly an artist and genius. I had a difficult lipoma removal and he was the only person the doctors around me trusted for me to go to. The staff was quick to respond and provided me with a reasonable date for my procedure. On the day of the procedure the staff was extremely kind and professional and were able to placate my fears. I recently had a consultation with Dr. Ben Talei, and overall, it was a great experience. The consultation fee was $500, and I was required to submit photos beforehand for approval--standard practice for highly sought-after doctors, whether plastic surgeons or not. Before my visit, I was able to see on their website that there are two pricing tiers depending on who performs the surgery. Dr. Talei is 100% a sweetheart and pointed me in the right direction to restore my buccal fat pads after they were removed as part of TMJ corrective jaw surgery, even though he doesn't offer the procedure he recommended. The office called less than an hour after I left with the referral. Thank you! It can be an emotional topic because I never asked for my buccal fat to be removed, wasn't made aware of the longterm effects and it hollowed out my face significantly. Updating my review :) Dr Talei is STILL the BEST!! Over a year later and he and his team continue to deliver on personal relationships with his patients and the upmost level of customer service.
