Long story short, Dr. V preformed and Eye Enucleation on my cat incorrectly. He only removed the eye and not the surrounding tissue which led to him having fluid build up. I was concerned and got the second opinion at a different Vet. Best choice ever. He had to have a second surgery, due to the first one not being done right. Do not offer walk ins if you are too busy to see them and make them wait 3+hours to be seen. Do appointments only unless in an emergency. Or hire another vet and more staff that can handle busy.
Having taken my pets here for over 14 years, dealing with LONG waits (over an hour EVERY SINGLE TIME), I am done. A few days ago, my 14 yr old Golden Retriever suffered what seemed to be a stroke. He was vomiting and unable to stand or even hold his head up. We knew his time had been nearing and at that point we made the humane decision to euthanize him. This man is completely rude, his office is intested in money not the well being of animals. And this man's overall health at the time of our 3 visits led to the death of my beloved pup. Hoping he meets the same type of help when his time comes
Pretty disgusted. My sister dog was having breathing problems and they were closest vet by far. She called and they refused to see a dog with breathing problems. The dog literally died within a half hour on way to another vet that was farther away. Way to lose business... or was it because you guys close in a hour and half? So much for caring about animals as much as money.
