Very dissatisfied with the lack of care, concern or even basic interest that Dr. Dinu presented.
Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Dr was extremely rude as well and defensive. Complained to NJ Medical Board and insurance about her unprofessionalism and poor conduct. She seems to lack basic ethics and values when it comes to the medical field. She didn't seem too knowledgeable about the questions I asked her. Go to another doctor who knows what he/she is doing! Save yourself the hassle.
The wait time the past three times I've been there has been more than an hour, the doctor really didn't build a relationship with me. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time. They charged me a copay $50 before I entered the room and the doctor didn't do anything to me!!! (RIP OFF) They do not accept debit or credit cards. The staff isn't friendly and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I went to my gynecologist appointment at Dinu, Catalina MD in Clifton and then was called back to receive results. Just wanted to let you know I had a pretty bad experience. I was told my results were “Bad” over the phone but nothing more. I felt that was very unprofessional. I have not been able to get a copy of my results because of the incompetence level of the people working here.
The doctor herself is nice. She doesn't always give all the information and I wasn't prepared properly for certain things but she's nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Her staff, however...most of them are very condescending and unprofessional. One time,, when taking my blood pressure, the girl hooked me up, set the armband to start squeezing, and just left me for a few minutes...very painful. But the worse is the billing department. The woman submitted all my bills incorrectly (7 of them).
