Great visit, the office staff was very professional! Doctor did extensive testing and came up with a great plan!
Great experience with the doctor, she was professional, listened to me and was able to address alll my issues in prompt way! I reccomended my friends , and they were happy too. Even at times there is a wait, it is well worthed!
After seeing a couple of different gynecologists who were unable to help me, I was recommended by a friend to go see Dr. Dinu. I am so very happy to get referred to this amazing doctor who not only treats you while in her office but follows up personally by phone to check on your progress. Staff is incompetent. They will book you for an early am appointment and when you get there they say shes not in until 10am. What doctor starts at 10am? Shes not attentive to patients. She walks around with her laptop glued to screen. Shes wrong on diagnosis all thebtime. I switched her, this is what medicaid gets you.
THE WORST GYN. The staff is incompetent. Ive been sent to a lab with the wrong paperwork by them. You can come in for an 11am appt and not see the doctor until 1:45pm. Ridiculous! the staff sends in people with later appts ahead of you. Dr. Dinu walks around constantly with her laptop in hand not being attentive to patients. She guesses on diagnoses. Ruined my life. Please be careful, she performed surgery on me and left me in chronic pain.
First office visit - Wellness Visit- which is free twice a year o Requested $80 upfront because I hadn’t met my deductible. When I explained that I should not have to pay since it should go towards my deductible, she explained that I owe $15 for a co-pay and the rest was for the visit. My plan has no co-pay but they insisted I pay the $15 “co-pay” and they would reimburse me if need be. I told them I had no problem paying for any services once my EOB was available and they said that is not how t
Dr. Dinu and staff are horrible and should not be allowed to practice medicine. Dr. Dinu is unable to elaborate on any medical outcomes and lacks the ability to effectively communicate with her patients. I went to her for a cone biopsy and I had a follow up visit in which I waited for 2 hours and I was unable to get my results and also get a post procedure check up. It’s been 23 days and I have yet to receive my results. I kept calling her office at least 6 times She called the police.
Dr. Dinu does not care. She brushes off extremely important questions and won't answer anything directly. I was due for a 6 month follow up papsmear and she tried to tell me that I didn't need it when I got in to her office. Yet, the 6 month appointment was made in the first place because she said she was concerned and wanted me to have a papsmear and to come back for a follow up. Also, I needed an Rx and she never called it. She is lazy and incompetent and I'd suggest looking for another doctor
