Dr. Mallam clearly has strong educational credentials and certifications. However, our experience during the appointment raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient care. When we met, she arrived late and appeared impaired, which immediately affected our confidence. Although, I suspect she has adhd. If I could leave zero stars I would. I made a same day appointment with her. I hustled to get to her office downtown but was 15 mins late. The office was empty. No one in waiting room. The doctor was having lunch and laughing in one of the other rooms. I filled out all of the forms before I arrived and was ushered into the patient room after paying the $25 fee. I had my rescheduled follow up visit and my visit was absolutely horrible. I arrived at 4:30 and the girls checked me in promptly telling me that I will be taken in soon. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before being seen by Dr. Mallam. At 5:10 I checked in with the front desk alerting them that my parking time would soon expire (at 5:35), asking if I'd be able to at least be seen by the 5:20 appointment time. very thorough and kind. short wait times & i did not feel like i was being rushed like i have at other doctors offices.
I appreciated my thoughts and experiences being taken seriously and the issuing of tests to see if we can make progress. I felt like a patient and not a number. I look forward to seeing how they can help me find solutions.

It was Good everything everyone is so nice The place is clean and comfortable and the personal is so kind
Dr. Mallam was very attentive during the entire visit. She rarely looked at the computer screen and was always making eye contact which says a lot about how much she cares. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had.
