very thorough and kind. short wait times & i did not feel like i was being rushed like i have at other doctors offices.

Dr. Mallam was very attentive during the entire visit. She rarely looked at the computer screen and was always making eye contact which says a lot about how much she cares. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had.
