I had my rescheduled follow up visit and my visit was absolutely horrible. I arrived at 4:30 and the girls checked me in promptly telling me that I will be taken in soon. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before being seen by Dr. Mallam. At 5:10 I checked in with the front desk alerting them that my parking time would soon expire (at 5:35), asking if I'd be able to at least be seen by the 5:20 appointment time.
