If I could leave zero stars I would. I made a same day appointment with her. I hustled to get to her office downtown but was 15 mins late. The office was empty. No one in waiting room. The doctor was having lunch and laughing in one of the other rooms. I filled out all of the forms before I arrived and was ushered into the patient room after paying the $25 fee. I had my rescheduled follow up visit and my visit was absolutely horrible. I arrived at 4:30 and the girls checked me in promptly telling me that I will be taken in soon. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before being seen by Dr. Mallam. At 5:10 I checked in with the front desk alerting them that my parking time would soon expire (at 5:35), asking if I'd be able to at least be seen by the 5:20 appointment time.
