He explained my issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. I felt very comfortable about my choices and my path to recovery.
Discussed several options of treatments
Dr Nguyen is a very patient doctor. He is kind and tried really hard to work with patient. Unfortunately, patient was not in a good frame of mind yesterday and the appt did not go well. The Paley Group are all fine and well trained dr's. Because of Ins issues my husband had to leave the care of Dr Lamm and Dr Jain. We have seen Dr Nguyen one other time. Excellent Service!He helped me through everything for my foot pain including checkups and my foot surgery. He takes his time to communicate to you and explain to you the situation you are in and makes you feel welcome. I thank him dearly for his service.
Apart from being thorough and Informative about my condition, he was well prepared to offer multiple options for treatment depending on what my goal, outcome was.
Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient in reviewing and explaining the imaging tests with me. He also listened to me to understand my needs and concern, and presented options including conservative measures outside of surgery. The Paley Institute is very impressive, and I am so fortunate to have access to the whole team there during This difficult period.
