The doc didn’t know what to do with my badly fractured and dislocated ankle and Dr Nguyen got me in surgery within 12 hours of seeing me for the first time after I went to 2 other hospitals and saw 4 or 5 diff doctors. His approach was unconventional and gave me a chance to to be able to walk again and fix my ankle. He listened to my concerns and even did things I asked and was the best doctor I have ever had. Doctor Garrett Nguyen was amazing! The staff is super professional and very thorough. The facility is state of the art high tech. Doctor Nguyen made me comfortable from the moment he introduced himself.We went over my past history from the last 6 months from date of injury going back to March 21 at hospital where I was initially seen on Long Island , New York to all of my treatment at another group as of currently. I recently visited Dr. Nguyen for the first time, and I couldn't be more impressed. After seeing other doctors who brushed off an old ankle injury that led to further complications, I finally felt heard. Great office. The office staff is top notch. Everyone is very professional, caring and competent. Don’t find that often unfortunately. Was taken in immediately for X-rays and intake but had to wait over 20 min to see the doctor. The doctor was well waiting for though. Highly recommend.
He is very friendly, explains the procedure and is on time. Did not experience the long waits I have at other doctors.
He is truly caring and takes the time to thoroughly explain the status and prognosis of my condition.
