Horrible horrible service! I waited over 2 hours with my sick 4 year old to be seen by a PA. She barely examined her and just rushed to prescribe antibiotics and steroids. This seems to be their default “cure-all” for sick kids. The admin staff were rude and very unpleasant. Lastly their billing department are a bunch of scammers. My daughter’s insurance was updated and then I tried to provide after, they refused to run her insurance and refund my money. I would NEVER return to this establishment.

Cause burns to my wife’s face and claimed it was normal. Odd since the last time we went for the same issue didn’t cause burns along her face nose and lips. Allen was very rude. When I called the number and asked to speak to someone I was told it wasn’t important enough that my wife has burns to her face and I would receive a call back “at some point but we don’t know when.” The hosiptal agreed she wasn’t treated properly. I was wrongfully charged $150 for my visit. My insurance was verified and my visit was fully covered. The receptionist told me that if I don’t pay $150, I will not be seen by a doctor. I was too sick to argue with her,  but I tried to explain that it even says on my insurance card that I’m covered for up to 6 urgent care visits per year (each visit up to $150). Stay away. They overcharge you more than your contacted insurance rate upfront to be seen, and then still have the audacity to bill your insurance! Despite them being contacted by an insurance representative from my insurance who reached out to discuss the billing mistake, they kept repeating they have a “strict internal no refund policy.” Funny how they’d rather incorrectly bill you, then assume you’d even want to come back by placing a credit for future visits… lol. CONCERN FOR PUBLIC SAFETY. Stay far away from Samuel “Sam” Baida-Spell, P.A. and from this place. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism especially from a health care provider. He has no concern for his patients. He came in reciting some script that had nothing to do with what I had just explained. He’s currently discussing my private health information with the staff. Worst doctor visit ever! I was the first person to enter office at 9am, before seeing a Physician Assistant and talking to receptionist about why I am there. I was told I will have to come back 11am because the person that do X-ray is not available. The male PA was not accommodating, try to send me back to work on bad back with medication. Quoting urgent care laws.

You could start by providing consistent and ethical care. Also by Not lying about DEA rules of guidelines directly to my face. When I myself have a mid level DEA # and am fully trained and aware of what they are. Also maybe don’t bullying me to withhold my medication for absolutely no reason. Oh it would also be good if all your providers new the rules of your own clinics. When presented with my 2 + years of medical records that you guys should have for me, that showed the provider the things she was telling me were contrary... read more

Give test results sooner. I’m stuck because you did 2 tests and I don’t have results after 4 days. And my primary care will not prescribe medicine until I have results.
