Everyone, from the front desk to the attending medical professionals were cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable with their attention, treatment and follow through. I forgot to mention something to Melissa (Grimes) during my appointment and (like she made sure I was aware I could do before I left) I called back on my way home to let her know.
