I normally don't post reviews but due to the care I got I wanted to give hima shout out. He is very personable and able to make you feel at ease before your oral surgery. He makes sure that you are comfortable before moving on. And even after your surgery he calls later on the day to make sure you are doing well and if you have any lingering questions. You will not go wrong in having him doing your oral surgery.
I saw Dr Chen for an emergency tooth extraction. I was swollen and in pain and apprehensive. The office staff was very nice and sympathetic and took me in the same same day. Dr Chen explained everything to me and answered all of my questions patiently. I opted for sedation and it made the surgery much much easier as I felt and didn’t hear or remember anything from the surgery; I was asleep. Very thorough and personable doctor who has a gentle touch. The staff was very caring and helpful with the surgical instructions.
My 87 year old mother needed an implant placed. Not only was Dr Chen thorough with her medical needs, he was caring and patient. His staff was incredibly helpful as well.
This doctor was the only doctor I’ve ever had who called me the evening of the surgery to check on me and left me his cell phone number. The staff who managed my insurance and prescriptions were also great.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted last week. Not only did I feel nothing during the procedure, I had only 2 days of moderate pain afterwards during the recovery. The pain meds helped and I was fine. The office was nice and clean and Dr Chen called me and left me his personal mobile number the evening of the surgery..
I had three implants placed by Dr Chen. Surgery was quick and painless and the nursing staff took great care of me afterwards. Office manager was very friendly and helpful.
My son had his four wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Chen. He only needed two days for recovery and he was on his way to college. He had heard stories of horrific recoveries but my dentist told me Dr Chen was the best. We were so grateful for the recommendation.
Very positive experience under the circumstances. Easy surgery and recovery. The staff was very helpful as was the doctor.
