The office is clean, well managed and the care is first rate.
This office sets a very high bar for quality care and VIP service. They should teach other practices the way to treat patients. My whole family has been seeing Dr Shapiro for a long time and he's the best! My husband just needed a timely root canal and crown and Dr Shin in the same office was amazing-- incredible skill, kindness and patience. And NO PAIN! Arlene, the office manager, is tops too. They hire only the nicest people.
I've been a patient of Dr. Shapiro for over 30 years. I've brought in my two kids to his pratice and many friends. With Dr. Shapiro you get the best of care, the latest technology, and a wonderful attentive staff.
I have just recently finished my large difficult case done by my friend for 40 years Dr. Jeff Shapiro. I have received a Diplomate degree in Aesthetic Dentistry where Jeff and I have studied together for these 40 years. Worth the trip to NY just to see Dr. Shapiro.
Best dentist ever! I mean it! And once you get your teeth cleaned by Irene, there's no turning back. Perfectionist. I never thought I'd say this about a dental visit – shopping, yes – I actually enjoy going. Weird, right? It's the gosh darn truth! Trust this: you're in great hands.
So professional. From intake to the end, everyone is a pro.
Dr. Shapiro and his staff are excellent. I had two front crowns replaced that I was never happy with until now. Over the course of my treatment, I was very satisfied with the level of service and expertise. I would highly recommend a visit if you want to have your dental experience to be second to none.
Dr Shapiro is a wonderful dentist and Wanda is an amazing teeth cleaning technician. With Arlene at the front desk, this is a very well run office.
