RecommendedWe have had three cats and a dog spayed with Dr. Kelly's staff on two separate occasions. We LOVE them; they care for our pets like they are their own and I have watched the way they treat other pets receiving services when I'm dropping off or picking up (I watched mostly because I was trying to find a reason not to like this facility because in my mind their prices MUST reflect substandard treatment) and I've seen the compassionate, sweet way they speak to the other babies while keeping them calm.
