Service & Scheduling issues. I have heard GREAT things about Dr.Kelly’s. My cat needed dental extractions and it has been a struggle scheduling her surgery dates. She needed a consultation and a surgery date, which the doctor was adamant about being 1 week apart due to pretreatment being needed. My cat died a few days after being spayed here. Healthy girl never had any problems. I would not recommend.
I definitely will never take my yorkie again to this place. She was supposed to get spayed ONLY. Without my authorization she got tooth extraction and microship during surgery. Again WITHOUT my permission. No call or message or anything. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
After seeing the good reviews, we decided to get our dog spayed. We took her on a Tuesday, it went okay, and the next couple days she slept most of the time. On Sunday, she started having some kind of discharge that was coming out. Monday morning, we called the mobile vet and sent them pictures of the area and they said they would get a prescription in since it looked like an infection. Took my 1 year old mini Rex rabbit to be neutered and now he has a paralyzed back leg from the knee down. His vet said that nerve damage was more than likely caused by the anesthesia injection by Kelly's Mobile. I thought the cost savings would be worth it, but it was not. I dropped off a perfectly healthy bunny and now he is permanently disabled. Lesson learned....
Chop shop. Please, if you love your animals do not take them here. I had my dogs spayed on June 1st. About an hour after we dropped off our dogs we received a phone call from the Vet saying my completely healthy 2 year old boxer was bleeding out and they didn’t know what happened but she didn’t think she would recover she went on to tell me when she cut into the abdomen their was “copious amounts of blood “ The vet was panicked and wanted us to come get her right away to take her to the emergency vet.
