Great techs! Terrible phone/ communications presence. Very difficult to get a hold of, by phone or text. Texts get answered at all times of day, outside of 'phone hours' and takes hours to respond, even in the middle of a discussion. Our two pups got their puppy shots & got fixed. The services were good, pups healed well. Came back today for follow up shots, was not told when scheduling that it would be an additional charge. Recommended*Update- since this incident I have brought 2 more animals to the clinic and they have made it right by doing a fantastic job on those two* I had to take my kitten back 2 times after her initial spay (where they weren’t confident about her incision when they released her to me initially, telling me it’s was red and swollen and to watch it and ice it if it still looked bad when I got home) with no resolution... After her spay, the incision opened up within days (it happens) so I brought her in and they put an excessive amoun... read more
Horrible customer service. I called a couple hours before my appointment to verify the address, and they told me they would be leaving before my appointment time and wouldn't stay so I could keep my appointment. If I didn't call, I would have drove all the way there to find that they bailed on my appointment. Who does this!?!
