I met Dr. Ken approximately 12 years ago and since then my family, my relatives and most my friends are registered with him. He is an amazing doctor. Thanks for your great review. Since 12 years ago we have been steadily improving every aspect, from my clinical knowledge to my punctuality. I am now very infrequently late 5 minutes and rarely late 10 minutes. The staff are continually moving towards improving customer service. Just the other day we changed how we handle phone calls so that they can give you better service. If you were to rate us again we are striving towards being the best we can possibly be.
I've had my share of sports related injuries over the years and seen a myriad of professionals for treatment. It was pure luck that I actually found Dr. Nakamura. I was using another chiropractor and wasn't getting results ...and unfortunately, I was faced with one of the worst injuries to date: a bike accident that had resulted in a concussion and significant whiplash to my neck and entire back. Treated for cervical disc herniation with spinal cord pressure. As a fit in appointment he was Extremely thorough, educated, caring and compassionate. We never felt rushed. He took his time to find the root of the problem. Highly recommended!
Ken is an amazing chiropractor. He is very experienced and helped me with pain I was experiencing in my neck and upper back. He is also very friendly. I highly recommend him.

Thanks for your review. When the direct billing didn't go through, as you your benefits were exhausted you told the staff that you did not want to pay for the visit. The staff member asked you to pay for the visit. Then you left without paying. I think it is fair and reasonable to ask for payment on the day of the visit as it is written on our policy you have signed like everyone else.
I came to Dr. Ken for some minor upper back stiffness but after the initial assessment, he found out that my lower right hip was misaligned which was causing the stiffness on the entire left side of my back. After a few sessions, he helped relieve the stiffness on my back. I then asked him to treat my thumb that I injured when I was working out, after one session, I noticed a significant improvement. I saw Dr. Ken for my lower back problem where the pain was so severe that I could barely walk. Because my family doctor would only give me a pain killer and said just take it easy, I was desperate for a more permanent solution and did not want to take strong pain killers because I have heard about possible addiction and I do not like taking drugs unnecessary. My lower back problems started about a year ago. Just a simple fall, or so I thought. This started a year of not only physical pain, but emotional as well . I first sought out help from my family doctor which lead to him just prescribing painkillers as he usually does. I tore the rotator cuff in both of my shoulders probably from excessive weightlifting and needed surgery to repair the supraspinatus tendons. That was 8 years ago and I have never been quite the same.
