Dr. Zerbe’s office is the best! Nicest and highly professional people.

I love Angela who does my cleanings. She is efficient, thorough, gentle and kind.
I’ve been a patient for many years and have always had a positive experience with each visit. The facility is very clean and has a warm ambiance. The staff is wonderful and I have full confidence in their services.
Both Dr. Zerbe and Dr, Ritchey are excellent dentists. My appointment today was with the hygienist, Cara. She, too, did a fine job of cleaning my teeth. The shock of the day was when I was charged $20 more for the new protocols of the office because of COVID. This was not mentioned to me when I scheduled my appointment. What exactly cost $20 per patient? Was the office prior COVID not clean? The only difference I could see was the plexiglass, the thermometer, masks, and a “gown” type of clothing...really $20 PER PATIENT???
I’ve been going here for many years and the care has always been phenomenal from the staff to the doctors. I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist which they are always so understanding and patient.
The care was phenomenal, I was called on time, the office took Covid precautions.
If you read the other reviews on this website you will see that Dr. Zerbe is highly regarded. I have had that same experience!! I had veneers replaced and yesterday had a wisdom tooth pulled. Both were painless experiences(I’m a big baby even at 68.). Dr. Zerbe explained all that I would be experiencing. He was right on in both cases. I also concur that is staff is courteous and efficient.
