My experience at Dr. Zerbe's office has always been positive. Professional staff, on-time appointments. The hygienist today, Cara, was personable and proficient.

Dr. Zerbe and Dr. Richey are excellent. Very helpful, friendly, honest, and professional staff, and fantastic dentists. We never wait longer than a couple minutes and we are always out the door on time. I have had many dentists over the course of decades, and I have weak enamel have always been prone to cavities. Zerbe and Richey are truly the best dentists I’ve ever had and they’ve provided me with solutions to my dental care that have left me cavity-free for nearly 5 years. This is unheard of for me! Dr. Zerbe is the best--very knowledgeable, kind and reasonable. He is adept at providing a pain-free experience. His office staff is lovely and efficient. His equipment is state of the art, including a 3-D printer so there's no wait for a lab turnaround when he does a crown, an implant or a TMJ night guard.
I am impressed with my first day visit with the front desk staff, doctor's assistants and most of all Dr. Zerbe. Dr. Zerbe explained things very well and paid attention to what I had to say or any questions that I had.
When I walk into the Richey-Zerby dental office I am always warmly received and any concerns I have are always responded to in a respectful manner. I am always well informed before, during, and after a procedure. And, most importantly, my dentist is always acutely aware of my comfort during my visit.
