Dr. Hippeli and his Assistant work Great together as a Team and do Fabulous work. Everyone works great together, they are very friendly and they know exactly what to do. They are fast and efficient and show that they really care by doing the best job possible. They listen to all your concerns and address them accordingly. You guys are the Best!!! I originally called to make an emergency appointment for tooth extraction that was caused by a filling gone wrong. (happened at another dental office) I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called! Upon arriving to the office I was in dire pain as the filling was very close to the nerve and had been that way for over 2 months. After filling out some quick new patient paperwork I was able to be seen promptly by both Dr. Grossman and Dr. Ritz. Every time I come here everyone is just so nice and has such a great bedside manner. Dr Ritz is phenomenal and does such a great job. I want to commend him on the very hard task of pulling my tooth. It definitely gave him a lot of trouble. The nurse I had, wish I had caught her name, she had blond hair but she is a literal angel. She was so nurturing, held onto me the whole time and really got me through the whole experience.
Called for an emergency appointment when no one else could get me in. They got me in same day. Stephen Hippeli was amazing. Kind and respectful and gentle. All the staff I came in contact with were excellent at customer service and making someone who is terrified of the dentist feel comfortable.
I came in for my first ever appointment today and I am someone who has a TERRIBLE fear of the dentists office, like to the point of shaking once I smell the office. ANYWAY my experience was wonderful, the dentist would stop every couple of minutes to ask if I was okay, any sudden movement and he would stop right away. I had a whole root canal done in only like 45 mins on my FIRST ever appointment. I’m very happy and will be back to get more work done.
