I’ve been going to Dr Grossman for many years and I never had a bad experience. The staff as well as Dr Grossman are friendly and concerned. I highly recommend this practice.
The entire staff was very professional and committed towards excellence.
I have been to many dentist in my lifetime and I thought the one I had when I lived in NY was the best but I was wrong. Dr Steven Hipple at Dr Grossman's office in Kingston NY is certainly one of the best. I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist ever. I think it had a lot to do with his assistant who didn't mind me squeezing her fingers so hard I thought I was going to break them. Was seen at the scheduled time of my appointment. Dr Grossman continually asked me if I was ok during my procedure. The staff was very pleasant.
Always a great experience when I visit this office. I’ve never waited for my appointment time. The staff is very kind from start to finish. Dr. Hippeli is kind and explains everything well. I highly recommend this office.
I believe the front desk and my dental doctors have been very kinda. I only hoped they could have repaired my partial before the holiday. I didn't understand the wait, beings it's fully covered.
Today was my first ever visit to Dr. Grossman and his hygienist Jamie (hope I spelled it right) they were amazing. Got me in and out answered all my questions and made me feel great. -Mel
Dr. Hippeli gave me options for future implants. Dr. Hippeli was knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. Dr. Grossman is amazing.
