The care that I received from Dr Popper was exemplary he kept me informed during the whole procedure and called later to make sure I was ok!
I got all the care I expected plus more.
Dr Popper and the staff were wonderful and Caring. The staff was professional from check in to check out . Dr Popper was concerned about my comfort level and the staff nurse in recovery was very caring. I even had a call from Dr Popper once I was home. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
Everything from scheduling to recovery was easy and convenient for my wisdom tooth extraction. The front desk was incredibly kind and helpful in getting me scheduled so quickly and I was surprised to learn that the consultation and procedure happened at the same time. All information was shared through phone, text, email, and their website along with additional reminders as my appointment approached. Excellent care from professional s all around.
I had to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled, and Dr. Popper and his team did an absolutely excellent job! I felt they cared about me and doing a good job the entire time, and they followed up with me to make sure I was OK afterwards. Would be a repeat customer but hopefully won't need his services again!!
Tooth extraction and bone graft all went smoothly, and Dr. Popper was able to avoid any complications, like chipping surrounding teeth and avoiding sinus issue. He called afterwards to check on me. Step One for my implant: check!
Professional and Courteous are words that are thrown around too freely in today's world (I feel) however the care I received today from this practice was nothing less than the textbook definition. Friendly, welcoming office staff. Very professional and accommodating. This took the edge off of my anxiety from the moment I walked in the door. Dr Popper was friendly, efficient, and confident which also put me at ease. He explained the procedure to me, gave me Novocain and laughing gas to relax me, and went to work. Within minutes my molar was out.. painless and fast! Went to recovery for a few minutes for post op instruction and was on my way!
