Professional and Courteous are words that are thrown around too freely in today's world (I feel) however the care I received today from this practice was nothing less than the textbook definition. Friendly, welcoming office staff. Very professional and accommodating. This took the edge off of my anxiety from the moment I walked in the door. Dr Popper was friendly, efficient, and confident which also put me at ease. He explained the procedure to me, gave me Novocain and laughing gas to relax me, and went to work. Within minutes my molar was out.. painless and fast! Went to recovery for a few minutes for post op instruction and was on my way! Was referred to Dr. Popper by my dentist for a molar extraction. Never needed to have a tooth pulled so I was bracing for a rather unpleasant experience. The inviting office and pleasant receptionists and techs seemed to have an immediate calming effect. Dr. Popper was very friendly and professional and provided a comforting, step by step explanation of the procedure throughout the entire process. I was amazed at how fast and painless he was. Amiable, brilliant oral surgeon in a spectacular office.
Dr Popper is amazing! He took the time to reassure me and answer all of the questions I had regarding the procedure. He put my mind at ease and did an excellent job with my tooth extractions. I have no swelling, minimal bleeding and low to moderate pain. I am very pleased with my visit and care.
Dr. Popper and staff were extremely professional and thorough in describing every aspect of my surgery before it was performed. I went under feeling 100% confident, and woke up ship shape. This is the second surgicaly removed wizdom tooth removal performed by Dr. Popper, and I was so satisfied in the first outcome, I chose the office to remove the second today. I would highly refer the team to any friends and family. A+
