DR C IS ONE OF VERY FEW Dr with what I call bedside matter. Everything she did , she explain word for word so I understood. Felt like she really cared an didn't treat me like a cattle in a herd i get you out of there.
Always great service with the staff and Dr. Carroll-Chen. She throughly answers my questions and follows through with with my skin care needs.
I've been going to Dr. Carroll for years. She is very knowledgeable in her profession. She is always strait forward and doesn't try to sell you something I don't need. I have no plans to see anyone else.
Dr. Chen is one of kind. She is above and beyond, she understands patients concerns, anxiety, and fears. Incredible surgeon, check out her bio, her accomplisments and awards, places her above all the rest, in my opinion. Shes caring and compassionate. Friendly and thorough.

Dr. Carroll-Chen has been our family dermatologist for almost 30 years. She is very thorough with her exams and genuinely cares that she addresses all your concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Carroll-Chen if you are looking for a dermatologist.
