I am almost 90 years old, and Dr, Carroll-Chen is the first dermatologist who has ever given me what I would call a thorough exam.
All members of the staff are friendly and efficient. My appointment was on time. Dr. Carroll is thorough, friendly, and excellent at explaining everything.
Dr. Chen was extremely thorough, explained the process beforehand thoroughly then she did the surgery, which didn’t take very long and then thoroughly looked over the Moze surgery incision to make sure that she got all the skin cancer. After the results came in, she answered any questions I had going forward. Dr. Carroll-Chen was pleasent and assuring. She was conforting to my wife (92 years old) by her explaining the procedure that she was about to perform step by step, and the results of each step of the way. She engaged in conversation so that my wife's thought's were on what Dr. Carroll-Chen was saying and not on what she was doing. The procedure was 'Moh's' on the top of my wife's head.
