So I ended up flying to California and decided to go with my sisters recommendation, Dr. Wally Hosn, in San Luis Obispo. He seemed very relaxed and knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into anything. He spent a good amount of time going over everything with me, and showed me the different sizes himself rather than having his staff take over. I had a breast augmentation done because for years I hated being flat chested. Originally a 32A with lots of padding just so I wouldn't feel like a boy. I've always been very athletic and active so didn't want to go too big, just enough to not wear padding, feel feminine, and confident in and out of the bedroom. Hiiiii!!!im so sorry i havent updated on my progress. Ive been trying to catch up with life and just swing back into the norm. I guess he's nice enough but his tactics to upsell we're humiliating and disturbing leaving me feeling worse about my body than necessary. He tried to sell me on a full abdominoplasty with muscle repair while I was interested in something less invasive. He showed me a photo of a previous patient to use as a comparison to me which didn't look anything like my situation. I almost forgot to tell everyone I have lost a total of like 12 inches between 4 places he measured from waist to lower hips. The most noticeable being my waist which went from a 28 1/2 to a 24 1/2

ill keep it short and sweet since i jist finished writing a whole update and accidently erased it. ugh!.... welll, im totally back to normal at the 2 month mark. yay. major boob greed! most days I wish I went at least 375. ughhh. I'll wait a bit before jumping at a redo. Maybe I just need to workout harder and lose weight so my boobs appear bigger? lol my scars are so dark!!! ugh...can't wait till they fade. anyone else with highly pigmented skin?

I am now at two months post-op lipo and eight months post-op tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction. Not much has changed since last month. I had a post-op appointment three weeks ago that went well. He is always so nice. I have another one at the end of November. There is still some swelling, and still waiting for the knots, lumps, bumps, rippling, and ropes to go away. Sites: Incision in the belly button, 2 below my breast ( I requested them uneven so it's not noticeable - took the idea from another reviewer on this site) and 2 in the back.
