Being that they are the closest, the next time I needed a doctor, I tried again. They have availability now that I'm already a patient. You won't see the doctor, except for extreme situations. Luckily the staff is on top of it with further testing instead of just giving you pain killers and sending you away. The only time I've seen the doctor was when he told me I needed my gallbladder out.
It's hard to find not only great doctors but a great staff and this place has both. Every time I've asked for an appointment or paperwork, they are on top of it. They have lots of patients so it may take a day or two to get in to see someone one, but they are worth the wait. "If you need Urgent Care they have clinics for that instead of Family Practices - Primary Doctors".
Take Medicare here. Hard to find a Dr. Willing take Medicare. Considering the necessity to see a lot of patients to make this work, they do an decent job. The key to good treatment is to do your own research so you can go in prepared. I have received decent service by the Nurse/Doctor practice need and see Dr. Shepard when I request him.
