AMAZING staff. Great doctors who really put forth the effort to take care of their patients. Always extremely friendly and professional. I'll never go to another doctor. I never have to wait a long time to be seen, and they always make time to see me as soon as possible. Great facility and staff.

I've been going to Dr. Shepherd's office for a while now and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the doctors! They are always very friendly and go the extra mile to help if you have problems with billing or scheduling. I'd like to especially thank Jeanne and Hiromi for the extra care and attention they always give me every time I see them. I've been here twice and have received the best care in years. Dr. Shepherd himself is very thorough and caring towards his patients. I wish the front receptionists were just a little bit nicer but overall, the office is very sweet and caring. They always schedule same-day and help get your needs taken care of.

I had to switch PCP's Jan 1st and chose Dr. Shepherd from a long list. What a perfect choice! The staff is exceptional, even on the phone. I had to call for an appointment today and I got in 1 hour later.
