Dr Shepherd listened intently to my issues and concerns better than any other previous M.D. I've known. His bedside manner is superb and second to none.
If you are look for a Doctor ????? who is caring and wants the best for his Patients look no further this is a well known Doctor and from the front door to the N.P. They are very knowledgeable about there Job. The office manager Mrs. Shepherd has a heart ?? of gold. Thank you ?? for all you have done for me and my Sister, Family, & Friends. ????
Insurance required a referral so I needed help scheduling with an Ophthalmologist for my dad and Felicia went above and beyond to help us. She was courteous, kind, and thoughtful. Dr Shepherd Jr. and Sr. as well as their staff have always treated my parents with respect for over 20 years of care.

Over two years ago I was referred to Dr. Tim Shepard by a relative, after being injured in an automobile accident. Unfortunately, my physician (at the time) or anyone in his staff could not see me, they had too many patients with appointments and could not see me.They asked me to go to the emergency room of a hospital near me.
