Insurance required a referral so I needed help scheduling with an Ophthalmologist for my dad and Felicia went above and beyond to help us. She was courteous, kind, and thoughtful. Dr Shepherd Jr. and Sr. as well as their staff have always treated my parents with respect for over 20 years of care.

Over two years ago I was referred to Dr. Tim Shepard by a relative, after being injured in an automobile accident. Unfortunately, my physician (at the time) or anyone in his staff could not see me, they had too many patients with appointments and could not see me.They asked me to go to the emergency room of a hospital near me. Great Doctor! Staff is very friendly and professional. Don't listen to all these negative reviews. He has been my doctor for 20 + years and they do an excellent job.
Outstanding Doctor. Cares about the patients and runs an ethical practice. Really helped with my weight loss and recommended a quality specialist for anything they could not do in house. Has served the area for a long time and is a trusted leader in the community.
