Dr. Roberts was very thorough, made sure he knew everything he wanted about my condition, and was very well prepared when he operated. He gave me a clear explanation of what was going on with my spine, described the surgery in detail, and left me with no question unanswered. His sincere interest in my care, his patience in treating me, and his knowledge and understanding of spinal conditions made me feel so comfortable. He is young, is building his practice, and is off to a great start.

Dr. Roberts was phenomenal. Truly cares about his patients, and took the time to fully explain in detail what they intended to do during surgery, and then post surgery full explanation as to what actually transpired. Been two weeks since the back surgery and as long as I follow his post operation instructions all will be good. Great experience!

I could write a book based on my experience with Dr. Roberts. I was lucky. In so many ways. Fortunate that a doctor took the time to explain in extreme detail as to what I would expect. Dr. Roberts in my opinion is conservative and will only advise surgery if he deeply feels it will change the path/life of patient. My life has changed. I am able after 5 mos. to participate in sport that I let go of for the past few years. I AM fortunate and will forever be grateful!

Dr. Roberts is an excellent Dr very easy to talk to and very caring. I had a spinal fusion 6 weeks ago and feel wonderful. He did an amazing job. His staff is highly recommended by me. I would refer him absolutely.

Having been a patient of Dr Roberts since July 2017 and had major spine surgery the end of October, I only have positive comments for him. As a retired Registered Nurse, I understand care of patients both physical and emotional. He has be excellent in all areas. Dr. Roberts impressed my husband and me from our first appointment. He is intelligent, articulate, thoughtful, patient, and caring. He explained his proposed course of spine surgery in a manner that we could understand. He welcomed questions and discussion. He recognized that mine was a complicated case and indicated that he would include my gastroenterologist throughout the process. I am delighted that my surgery was successful and am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Roberts.

Dr. Roberts was great from the beginning. Advised me of every option possible before suggesting surgery. Straightforward communication and very professional. My situation, L5/S1 herniated disc after 12 months required surgery. The process was easy, everything was communicated well and any questions I had were answered. Everyone is different but my experience with Dr. Roberts was great from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I am currently recovering from October 2nd back surgery performed by Dr. Roberts. The surgery was more than expected and involved 3 fusions, laminectomies, a cage, rods and screws. I spent 6 days in Manatee Memorial Hospital. Dr. Roberts visited 5 days, I have seen Dr. Roberts 3 times since my surgery with x-rays to check my new hardware and the new bone growth. I believe that Dr. Roberts techniques are leading edge. He is a caring, excellent surgeon and I have already recommended 2 friends.
