When no one would step in and help me get out of a hospital, R. Roberts stepped up and hit a home run. Truly care about the patients Coastal Orthopedics.
Dr. Roberts is a very caring and knowledgeable surgeon. I was in debilitating pain when I first saw him. The pain had not responded to medications or epidural treatment, and I was so relieved to learn that he understood and wanted to help. He placed me on a scheduling priority. My surgery went well and I am recovering nicely, without pain. His P.A., Audrey, has been extremely helpful also. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts.
Dr Timothy Roberts was incredibly caring and knowledgeable about my condition. I was unable to walk, stand or sit for over four weeks due to a herniated disc. He operated on me in the morning and later the same day I could walk and sit without pain. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with my condition. A brilliant man! His assistant is also brilliant.
Met with DR. Roberts for the first time for a surgical consult. He was very nice and actually said he hates to meet with someone for the first time and suggest surgery. I asked him if this was a family member would he suggest the same and he said yes. He acknowledged my pain and was very comforting to me and my husband. Bed side manner excellent and staff was great. Would highly refor professionalism and honesty.
He was very attentive to my concerns and needs, and seemed genuinely interested to make me feel encouraged. I've had multiple back surgeries and all the other spine surgeons in the area said there was nothing else they could do, and I would just have to live with this horrible pain. He gave me a clear-cut plan on what I could realistically expect and I now have hope to be rid of this pain. Wonderful staff and office experience was another added bonus, as I've had some not so good elsewhere.

I had back surgery with Dr. Roberts while he was with Coastal Orthopedics of Bradenton, FL. on November 7th of 2017 to alleviate severe leg pain caused by a crushed nerve group on the lower left side of my body, The diagnosis was herniated lumbar discs and the surgery was to fuse L2 through L4. Post-op I progressed decently in rehab but experienced severe pain into my 2nd week of rehabilitation.
