5.0 out of 5 stars Brother Genuine -Drum Unit, DR221C I noticed that my color printing started having yellow streaks and eventually a yellow "haze." Black & white printer was still clean and smudge free. So, I did some research and decided to change out the four drum units. The toner cartridges were fairly new. It was very easy to change out all four drum units. The printed instructions included how to reset the printer drum unit counter.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just works as described Replaced these drum units because the printer displaced messages that it was time to replace them. I did not see any problems before I changed them. I did not see any change in performance or print quality after making the change. So I do not know what difference this made. But my printer is seven years old and just keeps working with good quality.
Satisfactory I ended up throwing out my off brand replacements due to the frustration of getting them working with this old but reliable printer. However, replacing the off brand replacements with Brother brand replacements was smooth as butter. They installed without issue and were detected properly. They've been in use ever since.

Work Great I finally had to replace my drums these replacements did great. They were easy to install, but they are not cheap. However, anytime you by the Manufacture brand you will pay for it, but it beats buying a new printer. Will buy them again when the time comes.

Works as advertised It is exactly as advertised. All these products are too much money, but they tell you up front the cost and you get the functionality. Cheaper than a new printer.
