Nice location. Attentive host. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant for dinner. Would stay there again.

Parking in the back was easy enough to get into, but getting out was a bit difficult because the exit was blocked with chairs. Rooms were clean, soft comfortable bed, large bathroom but needs more counter space and ventilation. Bathroom window faces parking lot which is not an option to use as ventilation.

Don’t worry it’s close to the road,when you close room door,suddenly the room is quiet ,and you can enjoy the Mountain View,1st floor is very convenient,your car just park in front your room,fit for 1 night if Sedona is one of the scenic place on your trip
