Best Customer Service!!! Everyone was amazing. My wife were in Sedona to renew our vows after 20 years. We were arriving on the day of the ceremony and even tho we weren’t able to get there as early as anticipated they had already made arrangements for our early check in. Thank you so much for your great service and for making the stay and process so easy for us.

Place was older but very clean. Walls not to thick or insulated for noise so we heard some women laughing and getting a bit loud for a while but things calmed down for sleeping. Could have used a wine opener so had to go buy one. Location was pretty good, kind of in middle of restaurants and hiking trails. Had to carry everything to 2nd floor on outside steps so if you have issues ask for bottom floor.

Great location for accessing hikes. Room was perfect for us and the dogs. Only complaint is I wish there was an ice machine rather than going to front desk and it was a bummer that the washing machine was down during our stay. But otherwise, great place.
