The room I book was really nice, new and in a very good condition. And the view from the room was great, view on the mountains. The lady at the desk even upgraded me so I can check in earlier, she was so nice, thank you! I had a very good stay.

Clean, quiet and accommodating staff, large room with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and patio. Not a 5 star resort but a great place for the money and 11am checkout is great. I would stay there again, nice views of the beautiful Sedona mountains.
