The bed was quality and comfortable. Nice balcony. Nice staff. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very basic and needed renovation but the beds were comfortable and it seemed well cleaned and the location was GREAT! Shampoo and soap in the room, no conditioner or lotion. There is a coffee pot, microwave and small fridge. Our a/c worked well. The check in was quick and easy. Parking free on site. I considered the price we paid reasonable, but only because we were in Sedona.

Reasonable price compared to other places in town. Clean. Accessible to destination. No problems checking in or out. Would stay there again.

Our beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the area was quiet. The downsides were the cramped parking lot, poor cable connection, lack of a working hair dryer and poor water temperature.

The location was not where we thought it was. it was overpriced for what we got. one hand towel for two of us not acceptable. there was noise above us all night.

Filthy Floors. Floors were dirty. Swept, yes not mopped. Had to wear my shoes in hotel room to keep my feet from getting black. Also was not provided wash clothes to bathe with.
