Decent stay Very clean hotel & in a safe area. Nice staff. The style of the room is a bit outdated, but I was more grateful for the cleanliness of the room, & the driving distance to downtown Sedona & local sights- maybe a 10 minute drive depending on traffic. Overall a really decent stay!

Location, location, location! This motel was great for what I needed it for which was a bed after a lonnnng work day. There is a LOT of noise from other rooms so be aware that you'll hear everything happening in all your neighbors spaces. I also feel like the price point was shockingly high for the space - you're definitely paying for location. Just ok We might have been in a building awaiting improvements? I see pictures that show a decently updated room; we were not in a room like that. It did not seem dirty, and was spacious. However, we did not have a balcony, a view, or updates. It was one of the oldest-seeming places we have stayed in in decades...old carpet, in need of paint on walls inside and exterior stairs. Surprising how out of date. The owner could not have been nicer however.
