Good value Walls are a little bit thin...had to try to go to sleep while listening to next door room’s loud television, loud talking and loud laughter until 1am. Other than the noise, I’d stay again for a night or two. Conveniently located on 89A in West Sedona.

Cheapest hotel in the area Sedona hotels in general are very expensive since you're paying for the view and location. I picked this place because it was the cheapest hotel in the area. Place itself was alright but it's definitely a budget hotel. Hotel staff was nice but not a lot of amenities. It's a convenient spot that's close enough to the main shops and hiking trails like Airport Mesa and Devil's bridge.

Pleasantly Pleased for the Price Room looked and smelled clean. For a last minute inexpensive Motel it was better than expected. Bed was comfortable, nice views, located near food, gas and some shopping. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a budget stay with minimal expectations in Sedona.

Noisy stay Overall it was ok except for the noise we can hear people talking and walking. We kept waking up in the middle of the night.
