Brian and Luis was very courteous and helpful. They even helped me to discover that my previous vehicle had the odometer tampered with and the car had double the miles its was actual showing on the odometer! Which I was VERY upset about being scammed! I'm very appreciative of Luis for discovering this and pointing this out to us.
