My experience with the dealer was very convenient. I went in with a car on my mine and left with a good working car. The dealer was on time and I had the car running and ready for a test drive. We even made a deal in the making for the car so I would be able to take it home that day. He was generous and negotiable with the car. I’ve been driving the car and haven’t had problems with it, knowing it’s a much older car it is operating very good.
Owner is a nice guy. I was in and out of there with a car in less than an hour. No hidden fees. Paperwork was straight forward. Best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. He even called to check up on me a few weeks later to see if I was happy with the car.
During the initial contact, the dealer forwarded the Carfax. This assisted in the decision to set an appt at everyone's convenience..Upon arrival, I was cordially greeted, allowed to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, and test drive. I contacted Luis at this dealership about a Jeep Liberty my son was interested in buying. I couldnât immediately go to pick the vehicle up, so they told me they would take a deposit and I could come get the vehicle on Saturday. I then learned that this dealership adds a dealer fee of $499, which I think is shady to advertise a lower price and add standard fees.
