Our experience was amazing. The crew there is responsive, cooperative, professional and true to their word. The job was completed on the exact date they said it would be. The contractor who installed our cabinets was a jack of all trades who seemed to be able to do anything. He worked with precision and care. Phone calls were promptly retuned. We were treated with respect. The whole process was so much easier than we thought it would be thanks to Dreamwork Kitchens. more »

I called Dreamwork kitchens to do some work on our two bathrooms. About 5 years ago, they updated our kitchen, including refacing our cabinets, new countertops and kitchen sink, new backsplash, installing new appliances, new hardware. Our kitchen looks great as if we had ripped it out and started over .We were very pleased to work with Paul and Liz and his crew. They were knowledgable, and went out of their way to meet our needs. The crew that actually did the work was clearly capable and experienced. They did quality, work, in the time frame that they promised and left the house clean and as usable as possible at the end of each day. After 5 years, the kitchen looks as if we just did it and are looking forward to our next project with them. more »

Kitchen design with purchase of new cabinets and granite counter top.
This was one of the easiest renovation projects we have experienced. We initially contacted Paul about providing a new kitch
en design plan only, but when we met to discuss the design he said if we purchase the cabinets through dreamworks they would not charge for the design plans. Paul & David's 30 something years in the kitchen renovation business really paid off. They made sure we had a reasonable budget so we did not overspend per the size and location of our house. Paul went through the contract line by line with us and explained some of the state regulations and tests that may be required. Once we had our cabinets picked out David went through some of the ideas he had and also more importantly listened to what we where looking for. He came to the house to take measurements. David was very easy to work with and provided us with two different design concepts to review. Once we chose the design, they sent their contractor out to confirm the measurements. David was very patient with us as we kept asking him if we were not going overboard. The next step was to pick out floor and backsplash tiles. Again, their experience helped out. We just went to the tile store thinking we could pick a color based on our memory of what the cabinet color was. Liz set us straight and said we should take the sample pieces of the cabinets and granite counter-top (supplied by dream works) to the tile store. Oh, also they recommended Connie the tile expert who made sure we picked the right colors and type of tiles. Overall, it has been a good experience working with Dream Works. We are having additional renovations to the adjacent room, so our kitchen is not complete, but the cabinets look great. We did do some shopping around with the larger kitchen centers and did not like the chaos, confusion and cost.

We used Dreamworks for two projects . The first was new countertops and a refacing of cabinets in our master bathroom, which came out beautiful!
We liked the owners Liz and Paul and their staff
( David , Marco, Manny, Mike)
so we decided to use their expertise to redo our kitchen.
For our kitchen, we got all new cabinets and countertops, a two person working desk area and a wonderful new design. We LOVE our new kitchen. It is such a joy to be in and so worker friendly.
Everyone from Dreamworks is easy to work with and we trusted them every step of the way. Even when those little things went wrong we knew Liz and Paul and the crew would make them right. They are prompt, trustworthy and knowledgeble in their field. I highly recommend them.

Last Dec we had our kitchen redone. New counter tops and cabinet doors/hardware etc were done. Work was quite precice, more so than complete replacement. Their finish carpentry was amazing. They are completely professional and punctual. |Just a few weeks ago they returned to adjust the cabinet doors which had become a little tight with summertime humidity. Again on time and free of charge. They stand behind their work. |Generally a realy good experience. more »

This project was literally years in the making - not due to the contractor but because I had trouble deciding if I really wanted to have the work done. Paul was always supportive and pleased to see me as I returned one last time to get the project done. His design really took full advantage of the space available and his crew took noticeable pride in their workmanship and professionalism. The sub-contractors also showed great initiative and we were able to adjust the project using their suggestions changing to a red oak wooden floor instead of using laminate. As with any project we experienced a short delivery delay, but the entire project completed on time and within the budget we planned. I used my own plumber and electricians and dreamwork created a work calendar that slotted them in on the days their work needed to be done. Everything came together very we'll. more »

Our kitchen was completed in December 2013 as promised. The cabinet doors, which were replaced, are just what we had wanted. The workmanship was very precise. Shem is amazing as we the other workers as well as being honest & trustworthy. The installation of the backsplash is remarkable & really gives a great finishing touch to pull the kitchen together. Our final payment was not do until all the work was done to our satisfaction. We recommended dreamwork to a friend who also used them & was so pleased as well. more »

Very pleased with our kitchen from Dreamwork Kitchens. Job was completed on time and on budget. Paul Bookbinder made sure we were 100% satisfied with every aspect. Months after the job was complete we needed a minor adjustment on one of the cabinet slides, Dreamwork Kitchens sent someone out to fix it. Also, during the job, he and his wife had to do some fancy footwork to find another countertop supplier at the last minute to keep the project on schedule.

For our project, Dreamwork Kitchens acted as general contractor lining up plumber, electrician, tile installation, countertop install as well as carpentry. In this regard the subcontractors were well chosen, however they needed close supervision and at times I felt that this task could have been better handled by Dreamwork Kitchens. I would have preferred for them to be more active in supervising their subcontractors and checking on their work and cleanliness as it was a task which took considerable time and effort on my part.

Paul Bookbinder is a man of his word and can be trusted to make things right for the homeowner.

We completely renovated the kitchen of a house we just bought with Dreamwork Kitchens. The design process was very smooth, and I was always given options to make my own decisions. They were very clear about the budget and payment schedule prior to starting work. The workers were on-time, polite and very professional so the work itself went as well as a messy renovation possibly could. I love my new kitchen and hope to use it for many years to come. Also, I had some minor issues with the cabinets about a month after the finish, and when I called for help, they sent people over as soon as they could to fix it so I know that I can always count on them for great customer service should I need to in the future. I would recommend them to anyone. more »
