Friendly, and very knowledgeable. Drew was always available for questions and was prompt return your call. During our house adventure, Drew was extremely busy with work and a baby that was due any day. Drew would take calls from home and answer any and all questions and concerns. The folks that Drew works for better appreciate what a great guy he is and an important asset to their business. Drew deserves a lot more credit from his employer for his knowledge in the industry.
