My experience was great because Drew Dodds made buying my first house very smooth, smoother than I anticipated. He gave me all the right tools to get things I needed to get done to get my VA Loan, he explained everything I was unsure of or didn’t understand. He saved me money, worked to get me an amazing rate and stay in my budget range and just overall was a great experience, him and his team!

There is a major problem with the mortgage industry's processes and their reliance on the FICO score to determine the interest rate and closing costs for borrowers. FICO is unable to read correction reports removing delinquencies from accounts. or corrected credit history from bureau reports pulled electronically to provide data for the FICO scores. Industry is relying on a broken algorithm to evaluate creditworthiness.
Drew was on top of the transaction the whole way through. Will recommend him to friends and family.
