Everything from our first communication. They had everything ready 2 weeks before closing. It was awesome to not have to worry about anything as the signing approached. It was a nearly flawless experience.

Drew was always accessible. In the fast moving environment the market is in it was critical that Drew was able to support me with information within minutes. He was on top of everything and provided me with information and advice. Drew was amazing and the loan process was one less thing I had to worry about because Drew took care of it all.

I wanted to work with someone who was located in Tucson where we live so that I could actually speak face to face ( mask to mask ) if need be. Drew's staff were wonderful to communicate with and I actually did go into his office once and was greeted and helped immediately by his reception staff. Drew was always reachable and always had an answer, both he and Teri made me feel that they were in our corner throughout the process.
Personable, responds quickly to inquiries, willing to explain the process , and always positive and upbeat. My neighbor recommended Drew and I am so glad we refinanced our mortgage through Drew and VIP .
