From the very first time I spoke with Drew, he explained the whole process to me. He "spoke my language" and I could easily understand what he was talking about. I/we haven't purchased a home in about 15 years so I wasn't sure of the process and what to expect - and there were no surprises because Drew had explained everything! Drew and team were responsive to my questions in a timely manner and I felt as if I were his only client each time we spoke. He never rushed me through the process.
