For me a major factor in property transactions is anxiety or fear of not being in control of monies due to incomplete or erroneous information. Mr. Dodds from the very first communication provided detailed financial information in a timely manner in an easy to understand format. Mr. Dodds continually anticipated my questions at each step of our loan process and was very proactive in providing me the necessary assistance to complete the loan process.

Once again Drew and his team were able to help my wife and I. VIP mortgage was able to get us a rate so low I would've been crazy not take advantage. So happy with outcome of our refinance.
