Drew was a very professional and took the time to explain things to us. He is very responsive and kept things moving in time but most of all, he communicates very well so we always understood what to expect, where things were at in the process and reminded us of tight deadlines! I would definitely recommend others to Drew.
For me a major factor in property transactions is anxiety or fear of not being in control of monies due to incomplete or erroneous information. Mr. Dodds from the very first communication provided detailed financial information in a timely manner in an easy to understand format. Mr. Dodds continually anticipated my questions at each step of our loan process and was very proactive in providing me the necessary assistance to complete the loan process.
