Well, I have never done a cash out refinance and we had some serious problems with the credit reporting agencies, and Drew stuck it out with us. He and his team worked really hard to make this happen and I appreciate that very much! Everyone on his team was down to earth and truly caring about our needs. I am almost sad that I will not have an excuse to talk to them anymore. Maybe I will just call them every now and then to say hello, lol.
Everyone was so helpful and took care of a lot of things for us. Drew was quick to respond and very helpful with questions or redirecting our questions to another agent within the company. We have worked with Drew and VIP twice now and will continue to work with them should we ever get the chance to.
