Just booked an IV treatment with Drip Hydration and it was a fantastic experience! I have been feeling sick for the past few days, so I decided to try their cold/flu immune boosting package. Shortly after booking online, I spoke with their doctor to review my treatment and he took down my information to coordinate the visit. Within an hour, their nurse showed up to my house and began the treatment. She was extremely professional and friendly. No call, no show with a full voice mail. Very unprofessional
Made an appointment online. Credit card was charged immediately. Despite email confirmation we got no call for the medical screening. 15 minutes prior the appointment I called to inquire about arrival time. They said they had no availability and could not process a refund for 24 hours. Terrible experience where we wasted hours trying to get an IV for our daughter who was dehydrated with food poisoning. Do NOT use this company. They will take your money but not show up.
Made an appointment with certain time window, no one showed up. Tried to contact someone, no reply. Completely ghosted. Will have to contact credit card for refund
Pseudo science at its prime... If you’re dehydrated, drink some water or Gatorade. If you can’t keep it down go to a doctor or the ED. IV drip for beauty or immune support? Give me a break. There is no scientific data to back the claims made by this company and frankly their marketing should be illegal.
DiISHONEST. UNRELIABLE. Booked online with our address time slots generated for our area. Charged our credit card including tip. We assured the individual needing hydration not to worry a nurse was on the way then 45 minutes before our appointment we get a call saying they don't cover our area! Begged them to come as promised offered to pay double to avoid taking someone severly dehydrated to ER during COVID. Wasted our time when time is critical!!
